Sunila was warm, welcoming and put me at ease, especially as a FTM. She clearly explained with simple language and a diagram, which is always a huge help to make you feel comfortable and understand what's happening. The next steps were clear and she was thorough to ask extra questions about my daughter outside of the issue I came to her for. I am very satisfied with my hip replacement surgery, which Mr Griffiths performed in June 2021. It has enabled me to do be pain free and allowed me to do sports and be as active as I have ever been. Mr Griffiths has been my consultant for over 6 years and his treatment of me has been excellent throughout. His explanations of my medical conditions and alternative treatments and potential outcomes were always clear and helped me make the right decisions for me. His bedside manner is great and my excellent outcome is testament to his expertise in hip resurfacing. I am very appreciative for the treatment I received from Mr Griffiths.

Mr Sturridge was very pragmatic right from the start. He quickly assessed my hip and realised I needed a full replacement. But critically he also assessed the knee pain I had been suffering with for 5 years as likely to be referred pain from the hip. Mr Sturridge visited me in the afternoon after the morning op to check I was comfortable and to let me know everything went well. I was able to get up and walk a few steps with a walker that day. Within two weeks I was able to walk unaided without crutches and at my six week check up with him I was walking up to an hour! Mild pain was completely gone within a month and the scar is very neat and healed well. I cannot have hoped for a better outcome as true to his word the knee pain I have suffered for so long (and three knee ops) has completely gone! Thank you so much!

Nev was superb throughout the whole process, very thorough and explained everything clearly ensuring I fully understood before moving on. His level of expertise and experience really came across which helped reassure and put me at ease for the ACL Reconstruction I was to undertake. Nev genuinely made a very daunting operation and recovery seem less scary and more achievable, I cannot recommend him enough.

From start to Finnish of this process Dr Jalgaonka and all of the medical staff were very professional and gave explanations on every possible eventuality, i could not of felt any more welcoming and made at ease through the entire time. very impressed is an understatement.
