Mr Raef was my surgeon at the Lister - I had a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy at the same time. I received best service and he is incredibly knowledgeable and a positive, friendly character. I found the service more personable than other clinics/ hospitals. It was a pleasure to meet him. I would recommend Dr Raef.

Dr Parikh was absolutely brilliant. She took the time to explain all the procedures and planning with my husband and I in person, and always responded to my emails. Going through IVF and finding an egg donor is so emotional and difficult, but I felt very looked after by Jaya and the great time at The Lister. We met Dr Parikh in 2017 and we now have two beautiful and healthy daughters.

Approximately 3 months ago i began to have gynae symptoms that highlighted something was not right. Worried and panicking, I contacted Mr Naji who offered a sameday consultation with diagnostics so we could start to understand the issue. Louise is part of the team who performs all the logistics in terms of appointments, questions etc and she was brilliant, she told me what to expect from the consultation. Tests showed that Uterine Fibroids were the cause and we swiftly moved onto further diagnostics of MRI scans which were done the same week. Again, the pace and reassurance given was outstanding and at each stage i had Louise to help answer any questions that i had. Long story short, we quickly agreed that a fully hysterectomy was needed and we moved quickly to arrange surgery. I am now in week 1 of recovery, feeling sore but relieved, but more importantly thankful that i found Mr Naji and his team who have supported me through this journey, the care i received was outstanding and cannot describe how important this is when going through such a major operation.

My appointment with Mr Joseph Yazbek was exactly what one would expect! He is professional, well prepared, provides you details and options. He has a positive attitude and perfect manner!

Miss Wilson spoke to me about my options regarding treatment and allowed me the space to decide what I wanted to do. My examination was thorough and she was communicative and reassuring throughout, making sure I was comfortable.

Ms Flemming was very warm and friendly and helped to answer all my questions. The doctor made sure to carry out all extended tests thoroughly.

We first came to see Tim in 2023 for an initial consultation and he immediately put us at ease with his lovely manner and his easy way of explaining things. Since then, he has helped us navigate some unexpected and challenging times but has done so with such a remarkable generosity of spirit and real kindness (not always easy to come by thesedays!). We cant recommend Tim highly enough and would encourage anyone who is considering fertility treatment to book an appointment with him. Tim is reassuring and compassionate and a real credit to the Lister. The wider team who helped us as well - Breege, Liv & Jaliah were also wonderful. Thank you Tim and team!
