Happy with mr Robbie ray and what he has done

Dr Malagelada is extremely professional and knowledgeable but also very empathetic and caring. I was quite nervous and very much in pain before my first visit but he was very gentle with my foot, reassuring and clear about the action plan. All the follow up recommendations and diagnostics were dealt with very quickly, also thanks to his very friendly and efficient PA. Overall, I felt in great hands and I believe anyone would be lucky to have him as their doctor.

I found Andrew a simply excellent Surgeon. He uses cutting edge technology with tailor made ankle prosthetics. He explains very clearly what is involved and is with you every step of your journey. The operation for an ankle replacement at the Wellington was seamless. I was out 2 days later, pain free. There was minimal swelling and 2 months later you can hardly notice the scar. Due to the precision of Andrew's surgery and detailed follow-up Recovery Plan I am looking to return to my profession within 11 weeks of the operation.

Very polite and friendly. I wasn't completely certain about how long I would be off work for. I was told we wouldn't know until my foot was opened up to see what was wrong. Mr Dhinsa tried to talk to me about the surgery when I was in recovery, but I'm not sure that was the best place as I wasn't with it! I'd have preferred it if he could have come and seen me and my husband afterwards so I could understand what had happened. I also had questions about me recovery and would have liked that opportunity to ask him.

Being treated by Tom was an absolute dream, firstly (and perhaps most importantly) he is clearly an incredible surgeon, I actually cannot believe how well my foot has healed and how amazing it looks after such a relatively short time. Secondly, his manner through the process was wonderful - kind, generous with his time, thoughtful, informed - could not have asked for more.
