Faris is exceptionally knowledgeable about his field of work and professional and detailed in his treatments. Since being treated by Faris, I have gained much more mobility, and he has significantly reduced the pain I was experiencing. I highly recommend him for spinal and mobility issues as his work is fantastic, his results are impressive, and his approach is tailored to your specific needs.

My experience here is always pleasant and on time. I do feel that the receptionist could be a bit more kind and just nicer by smiling or if not at least fix their tone of voice.

Friendly staff and excellent professional care during the operation. The general admin could be improved: I received no paperwork ahead of my second operation (right eye). I had a date in my diary from a previous conversation, but no formal instructions as with the first operation (left eye). On the day before my operation, on checking with Moorfields to ascertain if the operation was still going ahead, I then had three callbacks - one to pay for the op, then to carry out the pre-operation health check. Everything went well on the day, but the general admin did not reflect well on Moorfields.
