I was treated with care, compassion and given a lot of detail and support and time for all my questions by Mr Prezerakos. I opted for a discectomy after several consultations and physiotherapy as the first step of treatment, but was in too much pain to walk, so had the surgery and am pleased to report all of my pain has gone and the surgey was successful.

After a warning from the neurosurgeon & oncologist who had been monitoring the regrowth of my meningioma in September 2023 that it required surgery & as it was a second operation it was at high risk of stroke, bleeding, bone infection, going through old scar tissue, the tumour was pressing against a large vein. My daughter suggested I sought a second opinion, we chose Mr Shoakazemi who also specialises in my type of brain tumour.  He confirmed…the risks were very high indeed, the brain tumour had grown too big for fractionated radiotherapy and surgery through the old wound of some 20 + years ago was the only option. We found Mr Shoakazemi to be extremely approachable, professional, calm, warm & informative.  I feel incredibly lucky to have had the faith on a date said to be the unluckiest day in the yearly calendar …Friday 13th October to undergo surgery with such a gifted neurosurgeon. I am (thankfully to Mr Shoakazemi) walking straight, talking straight & feeling fully blessed.

Mr Sadek is not only an expert in his field, but adept at putting patients at ease and explaining even the most complex things in simple terms; ensuring clarity and understanding. From start to finish he gave me confidence that I was in safe hands and I can't recommend him highly enough.

It was a very scary time for me and my husband but from the moment we met Dr Vaqas we felt reassured. He always explained everything so clearly and calmly and never made us feel rushed, answering all our many questions! We had every faith in him and knew we were in good hands! We would like to thank him for all he has done.

Mr Verganis is exceptionally professional and kind. Obviously he has a wealth of experience and is an expert in his field. I’m truly grateful for the relief I feel from all the symptoms I had previously and some I haven’t mentioned. I was about to make an appointment for an assessment relating to restless leg syndrome as I was experiencing constant twitching and restlessness in both legs whenever I lay down. All that, was stopped due to the op. I’m pleased to say that since my operation the twitching and restlessness is also gone. Thank you Mr Vergani for treating and relieving almost 3years of anguish and also that I can now lay down without twitching or restlessness in both legs.

Dr. Yeh is is very patient person and tried his best to explain to me what my problem was and what would be the best solution for me. Everything was very clear after my second visit. He was also very professional in terms of what tests need to be done to identify the real problem causing my backpain. After seeing the results, referred me to a very good specialist for physical therapy. He is following up with me on a regular basis to make sure that I am getting better and my treatment goes well. Dr. Chitnavis is truly the doctor's hands you want to place yourself into. I have never experienced a doctor with such an attentive nature, kind, professional, warm, detail oriented, and thorough doctor. He was incredibly re-assuring, and had the bedside manner that was above and beyond. He should be teaching a course in this as the gold standard. I'm incredibly thankful for his care, and continued due diligence.
