This is fine but as it is not known by the above name to the public this survey needs to add in brackets ( Hammersmith) next to the title as this hospital is technically no view or proximity to thames itself so it was misleading trying to choose for purpose of your survey. My experience at this hospital always has been excellent.

I can’t recommend PBH highly enough. I’ve been going for years and can always rely on my therapist’s compassion, understanding and counsel. I’m in an all together different and happier place through the work I’ve done with PBH. Great communication and appointments

All the staff at Battersea and Nine Elms clinic are very helpful and professional.

A great accommodating practice with wonderful doctors - Dr Nora in particular is great with children and has even won my tricky two year old around. The care of the team at Basuto has always been great - were the parents of 3rd generation patients!

Nice app, lots of helpful notifications.

Very thankful to be treated respectfully at all times.

Very nice staff and facilities

I could not have been happier with this appointment. Never been before and will definitely go again. I only had a 15 min appointment so I rushed through what was wrong but the doctor took time to ask lots of questions and explain everything in detail. It's a very nice 'space' and I was impressed at how efficient it all was for a reasonable price. Thank you for coming to Fulham Broadway.

The Hospital is efficiently run and clean and welcoming. The only downside was the postponement of my operation from 7 to 21 March because a machine had broken down.
