I rang up this morning and requested a telephone consultation as I am away. The receptionist rang me back with a time to take a call from Dr Al-Saraf this afternoon. She was able to help me with medication and advise to tide me over the weekend until I can come in in person next week. I am extremely pleased and relieved with the outcome. I have been a patient with Basuto Road Practice since its foundation about 30 years ago and I have no intentions of going anywhere else. They have always been extraordinarily helpful and professional in every respect. And I can always get to see somebody very quickly. Five Stars!
Although Dr Nora was fully booked on the day I rang for an appointment she managed to squeeze me into her emergency slot. This was despite my symptoms (sty and infected toe) hardly amounting to an emergency
I had a really good open conversation with the Dr and felt he was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.
