Very nice staff and facilities

I’ve always had a great experience with Nurify. I’ve seen two doctors, and have had fantastic experiences with both of them, they are clearly experts in their field and I have always felt in very safe hands. Attending the practice is always a pleasant experience and I’ve only ever had positive experiences with the admin staff who are quick to respond and always willing to help.

Been today to see Dr Masud, for my adult daughter. A1 service, extremely lovely Doctor, caring and professional. Following assessment and diagnosis explained everything in detail, from diagnosis, treatment and aftercare. He put my daughter at ease and gave her the reassurance and support she needed. Thank you Dr Masud.. you are a credit to you profession.

Excellent in every aspect

Held health have a lovely friendly team who understand the stress of modern day parenting children with special needs. They were happy to answer any questions and have been great with trying to get the school to recognise absences are due to health issues. Dr Crabb is very knowledgeable, caring and good with teens. I have recommended him to a friend who has also had a very positive experience with a different condition. They have a prescription delivery service so we haven't had to try to source adhd medicine unlike I have seen others struggling to fill prescriptions. Really can't thank them enough for making me feel supported where the NHS totally failed us

I felt the system is very medically safe. The consult with the doctor confirmed this as covering all safety areas and a letter has been sent to my GP. The ordering system is a bit clunky and did not happen automatically but again safety checks were made. I am pleased with the ability to do blood tests. I think there could be more guidance re lifestyle changes in tandem which I don’t need as am a fan of Fast 800 programme but not everyone is equipped to make the best food choices

Sera was caring, professional friendly and so easy to talk to. I feel totally safe in her hands.

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.
