I had a consultation with Dr Lascar in May 2024, focused mainly on the role and benefits of bio-identical hormones. She has a calm and warm personality which sets the tone for a relaxed conversation. I welcome Dr Lascar's holistic approach in getting to know her patients, touching on everything from diet, life style, personal and family medical history, mental and emotional load, etc. She is remarkably patient and took her time to explain thoroughly different aspects of body functions and how bio-identical hormones come into play. I felt listened to, understood and expertly guided towards what may work best for me, without any pressure to opt for one option or another. Dr Lascar comes across as a professional who deeply cares about her patients and is up to date with the latest on her field. I feel confident continuing my health journey with her and I look forward to our next appointment!

For years my father struggled with diabetes and an unhealthy relationship with food, which resulted in increased medication over time and consequently a deep conviction that this was the only way down the line. His sessions are very educational and strategy based which empowered us to navigate the challenging tides of adaptation with renewed hope, clarity, and confidence. Throughout the sessions Dr Filip focused on clearing misconceptions and providing a methodical approach on how and when to prepare and consume meals. All questions were welcome - no question was treated lightly or seen silly, and delicate questions were answered with a highly valued level of detail, care and compassion. Beyond meals, Dr Filip gave keen attention to understanding daily routines and lifestyle and used these to tailor a realistic overall health plan, setting manageable objectives with highest impact one step at a time. Before signing up with Dr Filip, we were hesitant that this would bear fruit. My father is now well into his fourth month since starting the programme, and we haven’t seen him this disciplined before. What I love most is that Dr Filip built good rapport with my father which resulted in him accepting advice and consistently showing up for the sessions, which are conveniently offered to us remotely. Very thankfully, we are already seeing positive results and hope to be able to reduce medication in a few months’ time. We are very blessed to have Dr Filip and we personally highly recommend him for quality care and support.

Mr Chilcott conducted a full hysterectomy and oophorectomy on me, after being diagnosed with multiple large size fibroids. Mr Chilcott is very attentive, a great listener, and did all examinations before including questions on my psychological status which had not been done before by two other senior private consultants who totally mistreated me at the initial visits stage. I was very well explained about everything around the procedure. His skills must be great as I’m recovering with fantastic speed, the cut is neat and healing really well. Pain management was superb. The Portland’s hospital nurses team is second to none, attentive, kind and professional, a good fun too! I’ve had great experience overall, and highly recommend Dr Chilcott as a gynaecologist and a surgeon.
