The whole family's concerns were addressed but at the centre was the patient and her concerns a truly exemplary consultation in every way. She is clearly a renowned expert but still took her time to listen carefully to all my concerns and explain her diagnosis and the science/reasoning behind it in a clear and straightforward manner. On top of that she was very welcoming and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
