Kathryn helped me through my journey of healing an annoying running injury I had for almost 1 year. From the first session, Kathryn was really good at explaining what the issue was, what was causing my discomfort with my hip, and what the plan should be to tackle it and what the alternative would be if we could not fix in the duration that we planed for. We then proceeded with the plan we had agreed for, and with a fortnightly meeting and a lot of exercises/stretches that Kathryn recommended I managed to fix my issue. When I started with Kathryn I could not run more than 10-15 minutes without my leg giving up. After 2 months, I managed to heal my issue and run a half marathon with my partner at Hackney half.

Alex is an outstanding physiotherapist. Originally from Belgium, I currently live in London. After undergoing shoulder surgery in Brussels, I had to immediately travel to London for my studies. Alex managed my entire rehabilitation process with exceptional skill. Thanks to his efforts, my shoulder has completely healed, allowing me to even go skiing! Throughout the rehabilitation, Alex closely monitored my progress, customising each session to meet my specific needs. He went above and beyond by taking the time to communicate with my doctors in Belgium, ensuring a cohesive recovery plan. Moreover, Alex always made sure to explain each part of the process to me, making physiotherapy not only beneficial but also enjoyable. Jacky was very helpful, kind and had a great attitude about my healing process from an ankle injury from the start! He explained every step of his plan for me and adjusted it to my situation and concerns along the way. André is a 5* physio! I suffer from TMJ, which causes significant pain in my jaw and causes it to occasionally lock. After one treatment with André, I felt so much relief, he really took the time to determine the issue, gave me hands on treatment and provided recommendation for a course of treatment. I've tried other physio's in the past and none have been able to help ease the pain. After my course of treatment and self management recommendations, André provided, I've been pain free. André is highly professional and it's clear he truly cares about his patients and ensuring they get the best outcomes.
