When I first came to Doctor Sian, I was in a very bad way with prolapsed discs and chronic pain, as a result this had impacted my mental health to a very dark place. I had lost the ability to live my normal life because of pain and fear. Doctor Sian was the first person to acknowledge my situation properly after years of being treated less well by other Doctors. Mr Banerjee was extremely nice, polite, patient and friendly. He explained everything really well, listened to me and treated me with great respect.

I don't have issues with the doctor, but the lack of responsiveness from his medical team has made it almost impossible to move forward with my treatment. He needs better administrative support so his patients don't have to go through such a frustrating experience and delay treatment.
