The admin staff are prompt with queries, any my Dr is very empathetic, engaging and I’m very happy to be under their care.

This was a comfortable and efficient environment . I was treated politely, warmly, and professionally. I know its a private hospital and that I was a referral from the NHS but it was so nice to be in a place where people smile when they look up at you rather than visualise you as part of the problem. The NHS could learn a lot from the basics of nursing in this way.. Thanks

Been today to see Dr Masud, for my adult daughter. A1 service, extremely lovely Doctor, caring and professional. Following assessment and diagnosis explained everything in detail, from diagnosis, treatment and aftercare. He put my daughter at ease and gave her the reassurance and support she needed.
