This was a comfortable and efficient environment . I was treated politely, warmly, and professionally. I know its a private hospital and that I was a referral from the NHS but it was so nice to be in a place where people smile when they look up at you rather than visualise you as part of the problem. The NHS could learn a lot from the basics of nursing in this way.. Thanks

I was very well looked after at Spire London East Hospital. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to all my needs immediately and everyone was warm and kind.

It was a good appointment.I felt supported,the practitioner was very encouraging about my recovery rate/how I’m managing.I would recommend this clinic as they are nice and responsive.

When I arrived I was in lot of pain but I felt very comfortable during the treatment. My general condition improved and I am very satisfied with the whole experience and the advice I got.

The hospital is very clean and tidy with such lovely ladies on the reception who are very helpful with anything we needed.
