My journey with Venetia spans over 8 years, and I have nothing but good words for how she conducted herself both professionally and on the human level throughout this time. I came to her with a sense of general uneasiness in life that started to become debilitating, and thanks to her effort and dedication I have now developed the tools to understand myself and how I operate in the world to a previously inconceivable degree. She is an exceptional listener and can handle anything you throw at her, as well as being a master at picking up little threads and patterns entangled in the unconscious mind that would have taken decades to even notice, let alone act upon. Really enjoyed my time with Mark. Was very clear from the start the amount of sessions he felt were necessary to work with my condition - OCD - and the approach we would take. Compassionate approach and a good use of humour, as well as challenging some limiting self beliefs. Would highly recommend.

Ajay is very gentle and kind - sometimes almost too much for me. I wasn’t sure initially that much progress was being made but I can now see (after maybe 6 months) that we have moved considerably.

I have seen several therapists and Monika was by far the best that I have seen. She makes you feel so safe and supported on your therapy journey and I cannot recommend her enough. Throughout our time working together I was able to uncover and process a lot of deep feelings and trauma I did not know was even there. I have had other types of therapy in the past, but it was working with Monika and doing brainspotting that has helped me to finally heal on a deeper level.
