The reception from Andre and Shabana set the tone and calmed us in a stressful situation

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

CP+R have been fantastic for my recovery, in terms of my physical health, my confidence to exercise again and the support in improving my lifestyle. The team have been amazing and I can't recommend them enough.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups
