I recently had a tumour removed from my arm by Dr Ling. From the outset, she was very professional, yet also had a friendly, warm approach. She listened to my questions and explained everything clearly and reassured me about the procedure. On the day of the procedure, I was a little nervous but she was very reassuring and put me at ease. She ensured that I was comfortable and in no pain whatsoever before she started. I was also very impressed by the scar that is left too. The stitches were so neat and minimal, that in time, it will not be noticable. If I ever need to see a Dermatologist again, I would have no hesitation in going back to Dr Ling and I would also recommend her and her team to others.

Welcoming. So easy to understand his medical explanations. Very comfortable to someone nervous "me". Understood his strict reason for completing exercises and I thank him for helping me to get through the experience so successfully.
