Very good experience, very sensitive advice

Mr Rahul Jayaram from the first consultation to the last was exemplary in every aspect of care, bedside manner, professionalism and honesty. It had been my first operation and feeling naturally nervous felt very confident that Mr Rahul was going to do his very best and I was in good hands.

Mr Ofo is a well seasoned and extremely pleasant Consultant ENT Surgeon with an impressive career. I immediately felt in safe hands when he walked me through the procedure and treatment to follow. I was able to discuss the risks of the surgery and he invited me to ask as many questions as I wanted, providing clear guidance and a lot of empathy. I am very grateful for his help and all went as planned. I have recovered sooner than I expected and am back at work.

I cannot thank Manaf enough from start to finish. Having had consultations with two other surgeons , I knew straight away Manaf was the surgeon I would choose. He was so welcoming, friendly, helpful , pleasant and made me feel so comfortable. He answered all of my questions and explained everything to me in so much detail. I originally went to Manaf with a size in mind, but he gave me an honest opinion as a surgeon as to what he thought was best. I ended up choosing his size and I am so happy I did listen to his advice! Once the surgery was done, he still continued to show support and care! I want to say how happy I am with the results of my breast reduction, which was performed by Mr Ghali and his Team in early April of this year. I knew from my initial consultation with Mr Ghali that I had found the perfect surgeon to perform this procedure. He immediately put my mind at ease, by firstly confirming that I did need this reduction, because this had been something I had been considering for years. Then I really appreciated how he included my family in the discussions and allowed for them to ask any questions, and no question was a 'silly question'. I also appreciated Mr Ghali offering to see me as many times as possible if I need additional reassurance or further questions to be answered. And I would always get quick responses from his PA, Emma. The attention to detail on the day of the surgery made me feel even more relaxed and confident in Mr Ghali's ability to do what I had asked for and he had promised to deliver. The aftercare from the staff over the time in hospital was so good. Mr Ghali came the next day to do a follow-up prior to discharging me and I knew I was going home with a smile on my face. I must say the pain levels for me were quite minimal, so that added to my happiness. My follow-up appointment a week later was again very reassuring again allowing for all questions to be answered, I would highly recommend Mr Ghali to anyone who is considering this type of surgery, and can definitely say you will not regret making that decision.
