I had two lots of treatment of PRP injections into each shoulder on two separate occasions. I have always found Mr Gulihar to be exceptionally professional and empathic. He explained the treatment and any side effects and was very supportive of my accessing the treatment via the NHS. My overall experience in Mr Gulihar's NHS clinic and the staff working with him was very good. The outcome of treatment in both shoulders has really worked. I cannot recommend Duncan highly enough! I felt in such safe hands from the moment of our first consultation. Duncan is incredibly professional, has a friendly and clear manner so I felt well informed at all times, and I could tell he had my best interests in mind at all times. He was so much more professional and capable than the other surgeons I had consultations with. And then there's my nose – I am SO happy with the end result. I thought about rhinoplasty for 10 years, and the results Duncan achieved are better than I even imagined! I struggled to wear glasses due to the width of my nose, and now thanks to Duncan's expertise I can wear glasses and sunglasses without any discomfort. The tip of my nose also sloped downwards due to a bump, which I found so unflatering, but Duncan has given me such a cute, feminine, slimmed down tip. It really is a beautiful result, and the best part is not only do I look like me, but I actually feel more like me than I ever did before. I cannot thank Duncan enough, this really is the best thing I've chosen to do for myself, all thanks to his expertise.
