I would recommend Marcus without any hesitation, I recently had a bilateral breast reduction and my treatment from consultation to discharge was fantastic. Marcus has a knack of making you feel like you're his only patient and I felt in very safe hands. I had one small issue which was dealt with immediately. I'm extremely happy with the whole experience.

On the whole, a lovely consultant. The reason for the 4 stars was a very slight language barrier, and also explanation of surgery in recovery when still groggy from anaesthetic. Not his fault, just time restraints. Happy for him to perform surgery in the future, if needed?

Mr Basu took his time to explain why an operation was necessary and explained the proceedure to me in simple terms. Was well looked after by mr Basu and his team before and after the operation and can’t recommend him highly enough.

This is my first surgical procedure under Mr. NiK Bakti, and I need to await the outcome upon full recovery to more meaningfully feedback on his excellence, but given his profile and him being on Benenden Hospital's medical team , I felt confident to rate him well. The briefing meeting with me prior to surgery could have been a little more reassuring.

A very quick process from initial referral to sign off - 4 months in total. At the initial consultation all the potential risks of the operation and exactly what the operation involved were clearly explained. He saw me on the morning of the operation checked on me and asked if I had any questions. At the meeting to discharge me he clarified what he had done and explained the changes that I would experience during further healing. This was very reassuring.
