Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

The London clinic is an excellent facility with great service and delicious food. my only negative point was the blood sample taking. some of the staff really cannot take blood samples which meant that i experienced a lot of pain. eventually the Fla botanist was called and samples taken with no issues. so all well at the end

Professional. Caring. Absolutely determined to make you feel comfortable. If there is a delay, you are informed and kept in the loop. Great attitude. Made to feel very welcome.

Easy and helpful

I feel like all of the staff at the Whiteley clinic go above and beyond! I’ve never experienced such a friendly and helpful staff as I have there. Also, they are so thorough in taking you through every single detail of your treatment and the after-care is amazing too.

Lorraine was just wonderful. The whole experience was a very positive one and I can’t recommend her enough.
