My first meeting with Mr Flynn for discussion re my replacement knee operation Was very informative,he was excellent in putting over the procedure. He made me feel confident and relaxed with his excellent “bedside manner”. I cannot thank him enough,and highly recommend him.,with the result from my procedure.

Dr Devereux was excellent - welcoming, approachable and thorough. She was also excellent with our child, taking time to put her at ease throughout the examination.

I had high tibial osteotomy knee surgery performed by Mr Amit Shah at the Spire Hospital Blackpool in May 2023, Mr Shah is a brilliant surgeon and the procedure has been a huge success for me, and it has prevented me having a full knee replacement. One year on I am now walking around 12/15 K a day with my dog, previously it would have only been around 3K and then the pain would get to much for me, I would encourage anyone who is offered this as an alternative to a new Knee to go for it, the future benefits are well worth it 👍.

Both Mr Crompton and his Medical Secretary, Hannah, have been truly outstanding in their communication and actions in caring for my son with his groin injury. They have gone way beyond in customer care, which has been both supportive and invaluable to our family. Directly calling the private hospital to help us expedite a necessary blood test and x-ray. As well as always being there if we had a question. Truly outstanding and exceptional customer care.

Very helpful and answered all my queries in a very pleasant manner. I felt very reassured all the time and understood what my operation would entail and the recovery afterwards.

Mr Kazzaz was the 4th surgeon I had seen regarding my back issues, and therefore I had a hesitation about how this experience would differ from the previous 4 years of treatments. Mr Kazzaz was extremely patient, listened to my symptoms, experiences and interventions taken thus far. He explained the course of action he would take, how the potential outcomes would influence any next steps, and crucially, WHY. He is clearly a very skilled surgeon but his interpersonal skills match his surgical skills. The recovery process from my operation has been swift, as complication free as you could hope for, and the scars are extremely neat. I felt that he was invested in my quality of life both pre and post any surgical intervention and I am truly grateful for him giving me my mobility and my lease of life back.

Dr. Chaniyil Ramesh gave us his time. We were extremely happy after the visit post his diagnosis of son. He listened and explained very well. We spent quality time with Dr. Ramesh. It was not about data entry which we have felt in the past. He spoke to us as parents and gave us a sense of confidence which was needed as our son was unwell for a few days.

Dr Gupta was extremely understanding, helpful and supportive. Highly recommend.

Nev was superb throughout the whole process, very thorough and explained everything clearly ensuring I fully understood before moving on. His level of expertise and experience really came across which helped reassure and put me at ease for the ACL Reconstruction I was to undertake. Nev genuinely made a very daunting operation and recovery seem less scary and more achievable, I cannot recommend him enough.
