Dr. Din took the time to answer all my questions before my procedure in a clear, detailed and kind way. He was reassuring about my worries but honest about all possible outcomes, leaving me able to make an informed decision as to whether I went ahead. The actual procedure was carried out so smoothly with every step explained. I felt as though I was in very safe hands! The outcome is amazing - more positive than I could ever have imagined. I’m so glad I took the plunge to go ahead with the procedure. The admin team, reception staff and the nurses assisting during and later when the stitches were taken out were also kind and reassuring. I felt really comfortable and relaxed with Dr Seah. He explained everything very well in a manner which I understood! When I saw him I was in considerable pain and was really worried about going on a holiday to the States which involved a lot of walking. He was so good and arranged for everything to be actioned quickly including having a steroid injection. The result was like magic and I was able to walk pain free which meant I had a great holiday! At the moment my knee is still OK! I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Seah to anyone who wants a professional and first class service.

I had an excellent experience. Dr Matteo Bernardotto was excellent. I found him to be highly professional and knowledgeable. He also has a great bedside manner. He was able to explain to me what his impressions were after listening to my history, then he did a thorough clinical examination and followed me up with the results. I felt extremely well looked after and informed along the way. I had been to other healthcare providers previously about the same symptoms and did not manage to find any help in reaching a diagnosis up until seeing Dr Bernardotto, so I am very grateful to Dr Bernardotto for his excellent knowledge and clinical skills. I am a GP and have found his work to be really superb. Very well done!
