Super friendly consultant I ever seen. Amazing to get email responses and also called couple of times via phone to check how well I was doing. First time I experienced such great care from a consultant. Very much reassured by his approach and made me less anxious about the problem I faced.

Just had a consultation with Mrs Hikary-Bhal. I was very anxious speaking about my concerns around my symptoms around menopause and Mrs Hikary-Bhal put me at ease straight away. I felt heard and cared for. I was informed about menopause and reassured that my symptoms were common and what the next steps were to help me. I cannot recommend Mrs Hikary-Bhal enough she’s amazing. I found her to be approachable, she explained the procedure in language that I could understand. She has a very easy manner that puts you at ease. I also found her to have a good sense of humour that I could relate too - in fact she made me laugh.

Very friendly and so helpful was a great visit

I found Mr Awsare to be very kind and professional. Mr Awsare went out of his way to explain things to me in a manner for me to easily understand everything I needed to. I was also very impressed by his manner towards me and the staff assisting him.

My Razvi carried out an anterior and posterior repair and 6 weeks after the operation all seems well and I feel fine. The problems I had pre operation seem to have been corrected. In my follow up appointment Mr Razvi explained what he had had to do during the operation and answered all my questions about the future. I would recommend Mr Razvi for any similar gynae issues.
