Dr Waseem was extremely thorough, kind, calm & professional. He explained things clearly & answered questions very honestly. He is one of the best doctors I have ever seen.

Dr Copra was understanding pragmatic and certainly wasn’t pushing for expensive solutions and focused on the reality of a 20 year old Uni student navigating daily regimes . certainly exceeded my hope and expectations

Never been private before but was extremely pleased with the service received. I was nervous about my procedure and diagnosis but I was made to feel at ease . The staff at the hospital are wonderful.

The phone consultation was reassuring. Mr Stuart came to speak to me while my eyes were being prepared for surgery, which I appreciated. The nurses were friendly and professional. The atmosphere was calming.

Dr Lynch was incredibly professional and thorough throughout all my consultations and surgery. The appointments were not rushed and he always asked if I had any questions or concerns. I left each consultation feeling very informed and at ease.

Dr. Sweta Rai was extremely unprofessional. She was more than 15minutes late, then rushed my appointment. She didn’t take the time to explain anything, used opaque terminology, threw in a possible cancer diagnosis and then unceremoniously escorted me out of the consultation room and told me to book a follow up appointment to discuss anything else. I will not be returning.

I have suffered stress incontinence since having my children and thought there was nothing that could be done without surgery. I was wrong! The treatment is painless and quick and I was made to feel relaxed from the initial consultation by Mr Rohit Seth right through the procedures. The treatment is effective with immediate results that still keep improving weeks later. Lovely clinic and staff especially and I can’t recommend highly enough.
