When I first came to Doctor Sian, I was in a very bad way with prolapsed discs and chronic pain, as a result this had impacted my mental health to a very dark place. I had lost the ability to live my normal life because of pain and fear. Doctor Sian was the first person to acknowledge my situation properly after years of being treated less well by other Doctors. He explained our options clearly and was always easy to talk to. Over the time I have been seeing him, I have slowly recovered from being in terrible pain, to being in a much better physical state, and my mental health has massively improved. I don't have issues with the doctor, but the lack of responsiveness from his medical team has made it almost impossible to move forward with my treatment. He needs better administrative support so his patients don't have to go through such a frustrating experience and delay treatment.

Mr Verganis is exceptionally professional and kind. Obviously he has a wealth of experience and is an expert in his field. I’m truly grateful for the relief I feel from all the symptoms I had previously and some I haven’t mentioned. I was about to make an appointment for an assessment relating to restless leg syndrome as I was experiencing constant twitching and restlessness in both legs whenever I lay down. All that, was stopped due to the op. I’m pleased to say that since my operation the twitching and restlessness is also gone.
