All aspects of the robotic operation, risks (including alternatives) expected recovery plan very patiently and clearly explained. The letter following my initial appointment to my GP demonstrated that WK had completely understood my complicated background to my knee and was empathetic/sympathetic to my idiosyncratic needs ( no doubt he has had deal with equally awkward patients !)
