Very professionally run. Excellent facilities and very clean.

We attended The Portland Hospital yesterday as Dr Lowe was treating our son’s asymptomatic pre-excitation. A worrying time was made so much easier by the wonderful staff and what was a very stressful day made so much better by all we dealt with, we received excellent expert care throughout.

I arrived in good time, completed paperwork and was seen very close to the stated appointment time. Everyone I came across was friendly and pleasant.

I was looked after at the RNOH when I was undergoing major spinal surgery, March 2024. The staff there were amazing, from when we arrived a day early, they still accommodated for us, to just coming in and checking up on me regularly. They are all really friendly and will come and help you quickly if you need something. The hospital itself is in a really nice area, surrounded by lots of trees and the countryside, so a very nice place to look out of from your window in your room, or when you are having a walk around. The garden was lovely too, it allowed a chance to be able just to have a short walk outside without having to go too far away from your room. The food was good, compared to lots of other hospital catering, and there were always snacks and drinks by your bed if you every get hungry. Overall, it is a really good hospital!

A 5 star experience. My wife and I have been using TLOC For many years for different issues requiring surgery. We have always been totally impressed with the level of service, the friendliness of the staff but more importantly the professionalism and skill of the technical staff. I have tried other clinics for small surgery but always returns to TLOC.
