I am only rating the facility here. Although modern and new, the room was very basic and small - not even a TV. Also there wasn't much privacy as there were construction workers on the opposite building. I was still 'high' on anaesthetic so I couldn't even word it to ask for the blinds to be closed.

Very friendly, welcoming and the pre assessment individual whom I spoke with put my mind at ease, friendly, professional and welcoming. There was a mis communication via email re attending pre assessment in person or phone but the pre assessment nurse reassured me that this was being followed up to avoid this in future just very unfortunate for me with the pain. I would highly recommend this hospital and all the staff I met. You certainly feel looked after.
