I had a colonoscopy with Professor Lovat. I was quite nervous as I had never had one before and I was worried it would hurt. Professor Lovat was wonderful, he put me at ease, explained everything before the procedure, told me how I could ask for more sedation during the procedure if necessary, and explained the results afterwards. The procedure was not painful at all and he is clearly extremely skilled at what he does. 100% recommend.

Dr Preston is professional and honest. He answered all my questions so i could understand without the medical jargon, and to top it off he is so so kind.
