Friendly staff, good environment, effective arrangement. But it took quite a long time getting confirmation emails, it took me 1 and 2 days to get both email necessary to settle the registration and appointment.

Excellent care and very kind and helpful staff.Always came immediately if required.I was never made to feel uncomfortable or a nuisance however adequate times I needed help.Medical staff all very experienced and felt completely safe in their hands.

Called early afternoon, got the last slot for the same day to meet with Dermatologist Docteur Bouveresse. The welcome person at reception was very nice and helpful. No waiting time.
