Staff were all very friendly. Location was easy to get to. Parking spaces available. Queue was very long upon arrival but the team worked excellently to reduce it quickly! Very efficient.

Helpful receptionist, nice quiet reception with nice amenities

During my procedure, I was unlucky, and the nurse in charge of helping me through the night after the surgery was very bad; she was more concerned about dismissing patients than my awful pain, so I kept complaining until the head of nurses went and helped me. Overall, all the other staff were very friendly and helpful during my recovery and procedure.

Friendly staff and always clean and tidy. Some more parking spaces would be nice though.

I had a good experience at the Lindo Ward, but I feel that in terms of nursing, there should be more staff as sometimes the nurses were very busy. Also, the bathrooms could be cleaned more and rubbish removed from the bins etc. Otherwise, staff were helpful and friendly. Disposable bed pans should also not be used more than once.
