As always Mr Singhal was very polite and friendly which always helps me to feel at ease. He listened whilst I provided him with an update before outlining the next steps to be taken. He also took the time to explain in further detail the importance of the fibre supplement tablets that he was recommending I took.This was both interesting and enlightening. At the conclusion of the meeting I left feeling reassured and with a clear plan of what steps were required ,and why, going forwards. I felt very confident in the care of Mr Roe. He carefully explained the procedure and what to expect post-operatively. I felt very little pain after the operation and I am very pleased with the outcome.

My gallbladder was full of stones and needed to be removed to reduce risk of pancreatitis. AXA had referred me yet again to a consultant who was not a surgeon. I would have had to call AXA and have another appointment with a surgeon but Dr Vasilikostas fitted me in after his clinic finished and scheduled me for surgery within two weeks. He was kind, reassuring and professional.
