He has encouraged me to attempt further exercise to improve my mobility, which now means that some of the arthritic pain I also experienced has also improved and I have a much higher level of mobility than expected. Mr Ahmad always put me at my ease with his friendly manner which I appreciated, especially in the early stages of recovery.
