Good manner and explained in simple terms all that was going to happen, together with expected outcomes. 10 months on after a double hip replacement and walking out of the hospital unaided two days after surgery, I'm back to badminton, golf and five-a-side football.

I freshly arrived in London as an expat, without knowing anything about the healthcare system here and I had to quickly check an injury.
