He examined my mobility, discussed the situation with me, the pros and cons of operating or not, and concluded that I should continue with physiotherapy and not undergo the operation. Throughout the conversation, he came over as thoroughly professional, caring, and in command of his area of expertise. He gave me confidence in his decision.
