Dr Guy Ratu is brilliant from start to finish he made sure I was fully relaxed. And made me feel at ease. There was no problem throughout. I would highly recommend all the staff at the Vessey.

After moving from BCH, where I had been a patient since the age of 4, I was nervous and concerned that the 'Adult hospital' wouldn't fully understand my history (it's been complicated) yet I shouldn't have worried at all ! Meeting with Dr Petal, I'm beyond happy that my heart health is in safe hands. Dr Patel puts me at ease, gives me all the information I need and has already made a huge difference to my heart function by changing my medication. He has settled my mind regarding my future. I appreciate that he speaks to me on the level, in a language I can understand; he explains things to me In such an accessible way. And I'm grateful for this and I feel secure in the knowledge that if I need help, I will be well looked after - only a phone call away. Dr Patel has given me peace of mind... Thank you Dr Patel!

Dr Wright took her time to understand my problem and examine all possible issues. She made sure I understand what the next steps are and that I have access to medication.

Really good experience, took time to absorb my history lol but then took time explaining some of my previous conditions which hasn't been fully discussed previously. Everything through the doctors and NHS just seems so rushed
