I had a colonoscopy with Professor Lovat. I was quite nervous as I had never had one before and I was worried it would hurt. Professor Lovat was wonderful, he put me at ease, explained everything before the procedure, told me how I could ask for more sedation during the procedure if necessary, and explained the results afterwards. The procedure was not painful at all and he is clearly extremely skilled at what he does. 100% recommend.

A very positive experience indeed. With my symptoms improving, the doctor took a pragmatic, but most importantly, extra cautious and thorough approach to my condition. This, in turn, diagnosed and allowed treatment of a more serious health issue that I in fact had. Without this approach I would have suffered a much worse health condition in the future. This would not have been recognised without Dr Pitchers care, experience and intuition in digging deeper into my symptoms. Finally once this was recognised it was dealt with sensitively and in a very timely way.

Dr Lavan was incredibly helpful in providing a diagnostic to our daughter who had a persisting fever. He was not only professional and very kind, he also kept in touch via email to check on her health. He also made himself available during the week end and always answered with quick, reassuring and thorough answers as to her condition. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Dr Rahman was really professional and thorough with a very reassuring bedside manner. He assessed my upper GI symptoms, ordered appropriate tests and has presented me with an analysis of the results and a treatment plan in a timely fashion. I very highly and wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Arun's practice. I had the most wonderful experience attending Mr. Arun's practice who very charismatically approached my concerns. He arranged for a series of investigations followed by procedure before i was discharged and I left his practice reassured. Mr. Arun also very kindly referred me to the appropriate specialist for further investigations as required by my GP though making sure all possible health care advices were offered to me.
