Simon was extremely personable, attentive and empathetic to our situation after hearing about our experience in having to take our baby to A&E. Mr. Chitale treated me for prostatitis. He also carried out a rigid cystoscopy as an examination and this resulted in the removal of strictures from the urethra and near the bladder (urethrotomy). He also organised blood tests, flow tests, and other related procedures such as ultrasounds and anaesthesia. Overall, I found him to be friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. Both he and his team looked after me well.
