My gallbladder was full of stones and needed to be removed to reduce risk of pancreatitis. AXA had referred me yet again to a consultant who was not a surgeon. I would have had to call AXA and have another appointment with a surgeon but Dr Vasilikostas fitted me in after his clinic finished and scheduled me for surgery within two weeks. He was kind, reassuring and professional.

I highly recommend Prof Mughal as I found him extremely considerate, well mannered, kind and super professional. He operated on me for 11 hours - a complete oesophagectomy and a month later I was able to eat and sleep almost as normal. I could not ask for more. As a mother I was extremely worried at how negatively this procedure would affect my son because of his age. At 5 years old not quite old enough to understand yet, I worried the procedure would have had a very mentally deterimental affect on him. I needn't over worry because he was in the best of hand with Dr Sufi and his wife who have extensive experience and it really shone through. The after care was also very good, any worries Dr Sufi was on hand at all times with his prompt reply to concerns/worries we had. My son was fully healed in 2 weeks and he was back at school without trouble. Thank you
