I cannot praise Mr Nama enough. From the start, he was calm, explained everything to me in great detail, gave me time to ask questions, was respectful and totally put me at ease. I had complete trust and confidence in him. This meant that I was calm on the run up to the procedure. Mr Nama met with me before and after the procedure on the day and came to see me before I was released. He has also checked in to follow up to see how my recovery is going. I understand that my procedure was more difficult than expected and I appreciate mr Nama’s determination to complete via keyhole, meaning my recovery will be shorter. I am thankful that I was referred to Mr Nama and highly recommend him.

My experience with Mr Khazali was excellent throughout. He always made time to listen to my concerns (including scheduling extra appointments where I could ask any extra questions ahead of my surgery) and explain everything in an understandable way.
