I felt very cared for over all, though during the fitting of my crown it felt like the surgery were trying to fit to many people into one day and hadn't left enough time for dentists to take their time and account for things to go smoothly (although she did spend a very long time, she had overrun as the next appointment was due). I'd also want to know that dentists were having rests in-between patients when there's long work needed. I was very reassured when I was able to go back for a check-up without being charged, and felt Thomai and her team went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and pain free following the crown treatment. They said I could go back again if needed which is great customer service. Thank you.

Polite & explained my treatment going forward.

Unfortunately the consultation didn't start too well as Dr Karen was almost 20 minutes late for our zoom meeting due to a technical problem with her laptop. I would have appreciated it if that had been resolved in advance of our meeting or at least if I'd received a message during those 20 minutes of waiting to explain the delay. Karen was however very apologetic about this. The consultation was very informative and we covered a lot although I needed to ask her to properly explain everything as I felt quite bombarded with info plus it all seemed quite rushed. I also felt like her manner could have been a little gentler in relation to my age and trying to conceive. I had seen Dr Karen 3 years too and frustratingly she had not commented on something quite major that she now has brought up as a possible issue with my fertility. I would have been grateful if this had been raised 3 years before in my past appointment so I could have done the relevant tests then. I was also promised the follow up letter from this consultation the day after our meeting (Friday) or the beginning of the following week. However, it did not arrive even a week later and I have had to chase this up. Generally an ok experience but not fully satisfied.
