I came to see Alex as I wanted to improve my running efficiency but also to prevent any future injuries. Alex did a thorough running assessment and flagged out the mistakes in my running technique. We decided to move forward with a running coaching programme that lasted 6 weeks and I am pleased to say that I did my fastest ever ultra marathon thanks to him. Gus has been helping me to combat sciatica pain in my leg and weakness in my back. He identified the areas of my body that needed strengthening and provided me with a workout programme that’s noticeably increased my strength in these areas. He’s also encouraged me to go out of my comfort zone and lift weights that I previously thought impossible for me to tackle! All helping me to gain confidence in improving my strength and fitness.
