I, overall i had help with everything I needed, the therapists were absolutely amazing, my direct therapist was Christina. Her patience and kindness helped me open up, which I find very difficult. I can not thank her enough. All the support workers were exceptional at their jobs and could not help enough if I had an issue at any time. Management was terrible, on more than 3 occasions after being told multiple times, they took little to no action. 1. We, as vulnerable women were placed in a house with a sexually aggressive man, which was ignored and took the clients to take action. He was allowed to make me feel physically unsafe, as a woman who has been previously sexually assaulted, this is unacceptable and I WILL be taking matters further. The vetting process needs to be seriously looked at for the safety of the clients. Again, the support workers were amazing, but obviously, they were not in charge of vetting this man. They should be given relevant information. For their safety as well as ours. This to me is ridiculous and a slap in the face as I trusted I was safe here, which I was not at times. I didn't not pay over 9000 pounds to have more anxiety than I came with, I suffered from nightmares and triggers because of this. i have not told my father yet but will be informing him when I put a written complaint to head office. I will be reviewing liberty house on line and will be including this. 2. Bullying. I have seen the bullying ignored after multiple complaints from clients. On one occasion, a client was so badly scared, he tried to walk into the road, he then left shortly after, leaving his clothes in his room. The man that was involved was not even warned as it could have meant he couldn't go on to his next arranged housing, the second situation of bullying I have Continued to witness, even today was a young woman that has had MANY incidents of causing arguments, caught in lies and made the house a toxic environment, has had nothing taken against her. She is still here and I'm worried the effect on the new clients of this house. Clearly, the money is more important than the safety and mental health of your clients. Another thing I will be taking further. All that matters is the money liberty house makes, this is also seen in the quilty of the food, tesco basics, shopping lists by clients ignored. Food preferences ignored. absobltly ridiculous for the price I payed.

I only waited for a few weeks for a place in Oasis Runcorn.

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

The combination of group therapy, one to one sessions and continued aftercare is really working well for me, after years of battling my addiction, I am finally discovering some peace. I’ve learnt so much about myself and my triggers and I feel much more equipped to deal with the cravings my addiction brings.

Really helped me

I came to CATCH after struggling with addiction problems for many years. The 28 day rehab programme was truly life-changing. The compassionate therapists and supportive community provided the caring environment I needed to face my addiction head-on and develop healthier coping skills. I'm more than six months clean and sober now and things are getting better all the time.

Entering the lady at reception says straight down the corridor to room 6. Door at the end of the corridor says waiting room 3 so I go back and ask and she says yes. Going in, room 6 says do not disturb. But I’m wondering if it’s been left like that by accident. There’s the sound of wind playing but no sign explaining why so I spend a few minutes trying to figure out if it’s wind or a speaker. This could be handled by explaining clearly where to go and what will happen - particularly important to people who are neurodivergent, which is why I’m here. I’m anxious enough without extra cognitive load. She could say “Straight down the corridor into waiting room 3, the doctor is in room 6. If it shows do not disturb then wait and he’ll be with you shortly. There’s a speaker playing wind sounds to try to put you at ease.”
