My overall experience was very good. Absolutely no complaints. Staff are friendly and always attentive.

I was very well looked after at Spire London East Hospital. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to all my needs immediately and everyone was warm and kind.

Generally a very good hospital where the staff are polite and friendly, schedules are generally on time and every consultant I have ever seen has been brilliant. Overall, my experiences as both an inpatient and an outpatient have been very good indeed.

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

The Platinum Medical Centre was very clean and the staff were all professional.

Experience was fantastic both food and staff.
