Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

Generally a very good hospital where the staff are polite and friendly, schedules are generally on time and every consultant I have ever seen has been brilliant. Overall, my experiences as both an inpatient and an outpatient have been very good indeed.

Needed a prescription and no-one available to speak out of 3 medical secretaries, 2pharmacist & 1 assistant Still not spoken to anyone & no service - frustrating
