I felt at ease as It was easy to navigate myself to whom I needed to speak to and talk to.

I found Optegra North London to be excellent. The staff were very friendly and very welcoming and put you at complete ease. The facilities were very clean. Coffee was a nice touch. I was made to feel comfortable and looked after.

The seating in the OPD waiting area is far from satisfactory-with 'sweat stains' on the fabric seats. Picking a seat that is less stained was the priority. Otherwise lovely.

The London clinic is an excellent facility with great service and delicious food. my only negative point was the blood sample taking. some of the staff really cannot take blood samples which meant that i experienced a lot of pain. eventually the Fla botanist was called and samples taken with no issues. so all well at the end

The experience at the Portland Hospital was good. The hospital provided necessary support after my delivery and the staff members are very caring and supportive.
