Friendly and approachable staff.

The whitely clinic is a first class facility with first class staff. It is a very friendly place and at all times you are made to feel very comfortable. Professor Whitely is so professional and friendly. He tells you exactly what is wrong and how to rectify it . `the perfect place if you need your veins correcting.

The staff were very friendly and my nurse, Beth, was also very clear and helpful throughout the appointment

LIPS has been efficient, responsive and empathetic in getting my treatment organised and delivered from start to finish. When you are trying to manage pain, you need the support of a team 'in your corner' and I had that throughout my care. I am deeply grateful for the care that has led to my full recovery.

admission was only 3 hours before you asked me to report to the ward. When I attended the ward in question, no one knew anything about my admission. I was eventually informed that I could check in at 3.00 as arranged for my bloods.When I arrived no one knew anything about taking bloods. They were taken about 4.30. The ward manager agreed I could be moved into a private room after my operation, which I was. On the whole ward staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast the following morning was a joke…..2 rounds of cold toast, butter and marmalade with a small carton of orange juice. Lunch was luke warm chinese, followed by ice cream. I had to chase staff for around 2 hours to get my discharge letter drawn up. Considering the experience cost me around £10,000, I doubt I would use the facility again.

The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and the service was prompt and professional.

Great hospital and with caring staff. Highly recommended
