A pleasant and calming environment, staff are friendly and helpful.

Had rotator cuff repair under the care of Prof Imam and all is very very well. For the first time in years, I can sleep on my right side. Can not fault the service I had. Absolutely excellent. I was very impressed with everyone.

The hospital was great, we did find it a bit tricky to navigate to the paediatrics clinic, but the staff was very friendly and informative.

I found Mount Alvernia to be a very welcoming hospital. The team there are extremely helpful and show care for their customers. Waiting rooms are well spaced with tea/coffee/water facilities and a pleasant, light atmosphere. Toilet facilities are good and overall the hospital is extremely clean, as you would expect.

Very friending team. Experience was professional in a busy environment. Clean and tea and office is complementary.
