Mr Dixit successfully performed the required operation. He showed great skill in cholecystectomy and knowledge in related issues. Both pre and post-op care was also excellent. Mr Dixit ensured that all information was clearly explained and fully understood at each stage.

Everytime he came to see how I was progressing, still in hospital, post op, he listen intently to how I was feeling, not just physically but mentally as well and showed me so much compassion, love and care, even on Christmas morning the Prof came in to see how I was doing, he didn't need to, when many had finished work for the holiday. Intrusive, bossy, short in his manner. Insisted on another in-person follow up. Felt entitled to criticize (my moderate) alcohol intake and put notes on this in my medical letter: I was there to check a hernia tear, not get a moralistic lecture. I urge Mr Wan to reconsider his position as a service provider and also work on his communication skills and bedside manner.
